I have a CRRN and was Restorative Nurse at my facility for several years along with charge nurse responsibilities, care planning, staff training and marketing. I lost my job after 26 Years at the same facility due to an accident which resulted in a fractured heel. Rehabilitation took longer than my FMLA so I lost my job and could not perform, physically, the job that my company had to provide for me.
